OGAA Outdoors currently ships eligible online orders within the United States. We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while making sure your OGAA gear arrives safely.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 per order.
FREE standard shipping is available on orders of $75 or more after applicable discounts and before taxes.
Shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully processed.
Business days do not include weekends or major holidays. During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.
Delivery Times
Delivery times shown during checkout or provided by a shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside the control of OGAA Outdoors may affect delivery times.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order after your package has been prepared for shipment.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after receiving your package.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@ogaaoutdoors.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package is delayed or has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact us at hello@ogaaoutdoors.com with your order number.
We will work with you and the shipping carrier when appropriate to help determine what happened.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@ogaaoutdoors.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when appropriate so we can help resolve the issue.
